Coverage definitions

Successors required for Fully CoveredA role is Fully Covered with at least one Ready-Now successor and this much total depth.Maximum depth still treated as At RiskRoles with only long-term or weak coverage at or below this depth are flagged At Risk.

Insight thresholds

Successor concentration thresholdFlag anyone named as successor for this many critical roles or more.High-potential tenure (years)Flag high-potential employees who have been in role longer than this.Minimum readiness evidence itemsNear-term readiness with fewer documented evidence items is flagged as limited evidence.
